Uploading Game Results To Website Instructions.
(From computer at clubhouse.)
From the main screen in ACBLscore (with game showing) type the command:
LR
(This means (L)ist & (R)ecap.)
Choose .html output, save to default directory.
(let all options default, such as line or screen size)
(This is a lot
like doing the backup command (back))
Output will be automatically named by ACBLscore to its conventions.
e.g. August 2, 2005 will be named: 050802.HTM
05= Year 08= Month 02= Day .HTM is the file
extension and is case sensitive (Must be capitalized).
IMPORTANT: Sometimes ACBLscore will automatically add a letter
after the date: e.g. 050802E.HTM
If so you must rename it, removing the "E" Usually it's an "A" "E"
or "M"
(Logon and Start WS_FTP)
Now, it's time to move it to the internet from your floppy disk (or hard
drive).
This is really easy too!

Here is a functional, but not recommended, alternative that does not involve downloading and installing a program on your computer.
If you are using Windows XP, on you computer desktop click on "My Network Places"
(After you do this once, thereafter site will appear in a list for you to simply
click on to choose.)
Choose "Add Network Place"
The Add Network Place Wizard will appear.
Type (or copy) into the "Type the location of the Network Place" box.
http://www.mhbridge.com/gamefile2005
(Be sure you are online while doing this.)
(Next year you will set up a new one for 2006, etc.)
Click "Next"
A box will pop up asking for the username and password.
The User Name= mhbridge (all lower case)
The Password is in the email you received or call me, I don't want to put on
this web page) 800-313-2614
Click Finish.
A new Internet Explorer window will open showing the files currently in the web
folder.
From top title bar of this new window choose "Edit" then "Paste".
(You previously "copied" file to your computer "memory" in a previous
step.)
The file will magically transfer to the web. (You must be logged on to internet!)
Open up the http://www.mhbridge.com/results.html page, click on the appropriate date, and it will show your new file.
Practice a few times with a date in the future. After you are comfortable, just delete your practice file from the web server.
Problems? Call me and I'll walk you through it.
